1. License and Use
Halo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business productivity purposes.
2. Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity
Halo is engineered as a productivity and learning copilot. You agree that you will not use the Software to:
- Violate the academic integrity policies of any educational institution (e.g., cheating on proctored exams).
- Violate any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), corporate compliance policies, or data security policies of your employer.
- Circumvent security protocols, proctoring tools, or enterprise monitoring software for malicious or prohibited purposes.
3. Limitation of Liability
Halo provides its "Ghost Mode" and stealth functionalities purely as technical features. We assume zero liability for how you choose to use these features.
If you are disciplined, expelled, fired, or face legal action as a result of using Halo alongside third-party compliance, testing, or proctoring software, Halo Labs and its creators bear no responsibility. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.
4. No Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely undetectable by third-party systems at all times.
5. AI Responses and Accuracy
Halo utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of the information provided by the AI. You are responsible for verifying any code, answers, or suggestions before utilizing them.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
